At prankwish.com, we want to make sure you are 100% happy with your custom video. Because our videos are personalized and made-to-order, we have the following refund guidelines:
1. Cancellation & Change of Mind
You can request a full refund within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, our crew usually begins the production process, and we can no longer offer a refund for change of mind.
2. No Refunds After Delivery
Once a personalized video has been recorded and delivered to your email or WhatsApp, we cannot offer a refund. These are digital products customized specifically for you.
3. Mistakes by Our Crew
We are human! If our crew makes a mistake, such as:
- Mispronouncing the recipient's name (if clear instructions were provided).
- Missing a line from your script.
- Incorrect occasion.
Please contact us, and we will record a new video for you free of charge as a priority.
4. Performance Style
Our videos are high-energy and comedic. Minor variations in dance moves, stunt styles, or crew reactions are part of the creative process and are not eligible for refunds or free redos.
